私の番

私はそろそろ２７歳になります。

典型的な２０代後です。

その歳、日本の未婚女性も婚活について悩んでいるでしょう。

私なら、毎日フェイスブッグをロクインしたあと、きっと一つか二つか結婚式や、ウェディングドレスの姿を見えます。

まるで、私はもう“この歳になる”をヒントします。

２７歳ですが、自分はまだ未熟な所がいっぱいです。

人妻より、私の仕草は娘の方が的確です。

だけど、結婚式を参加する時、女は誰にもそう言う考え方をしています。

「いつか、私の番になるかしら？」

In less than a month I will be 27, a typical late twenties.

With this age, I guess, the single women in Japan are also busy looking for potential marriage partner.  

For myself, at this age I always am able to one or two wedding ceremony photos once I login into my Facebook account.

 This was like keep on reminding you that you have reached ‘The Age’.

To me as a 27, I still have lots of things need to be learn and get mature.

Instead of a wife, I felt that my action would be more appropriate to put as a daughter instead.

However, when attending a wedding ceremony, every single woman will sure thing of this…

“When will it be my turn?”

凍りついた香り

私の日本語があまり上手じゃないので、読書感想を書くのはとても苦手です。

しかし、今回はこの本が大好きから、ちょっと少し書いてみます。

「凍りついた香り・小川洋子」

Kindleをもらって後、ずっと小川さんの本を読んでいます。

その中で、一番大好きのはこの本です。

主人公は同棲１年記念日の翌日アイロンをかける時、彼氏の自殺の訃報を届きました。

自殺の原因を探す間に、彼氏の知らない事をすこしずつわかりました。

彼の実家、元彼女、プラハまで、彼の昔記憶を探しました…

本の中のささやかな点はとても美しいです。

そして、自分もよく主人公の心境を理解しています。亡く彼氏との愛しいさ、そのたまらない思い、読んだと悲しくなって、涙も知らずに流れてしまった。

離別のはとても悲しい事です。だからこの一緒にいる時の記憶を凍りついた…

As my Japanese proficiency is not that excellent, I’m having difficulty in writing books review.

However, this time I decided to give it a try.

~The Frozen Scent by Ogawa Yoko~

Ever since I received Kindle, I will always use it to read Ogawa Yoko’s books.

Among them this is my favourite book.

The protagonist boyfriend committed suicide out of sudden the day after they celebrated their 1 year living together.

On the way to find her boyfriend’s reason to commit suicide, little by little she enshrouds her boyfriend unknown side.

She found his frozen memories while visiting his parental house, ex-girlfriend, Prague…

It is the beautiful, small points in this book that attracted me so much.

Also, the author makes me truly understand the feelings of the protagonist. Her love towards her boyfriend, the unbearable sediment, it was really sad and makes me tears.

Separation is always difficult. In order to preserve this precious memory, it was frozen forever…

煙の季節

シンガポールやマレーシアも一年中夏ですが、七月と九月の間「煙の季節」になります。

「煙の季節」とは何ですか？

それはインドネシアの森で公開燃焼の煙は風によって、シンガポールやマレーシアまで渡って、そのおかげで空と空気が大変に汚染されました。

９０年代から、毎年の七月と九月の間この状態になります。

空は灰色、空気が燃焼の匂いをしている、天気は蒸し暑い、健康水平も下がる、とても厄介な事です。

何故インドネシアは森で公開燃焼をするのか？

それは伐木作業とパームオイル産業が利益がたくさんですから。

ただ空気の汚染ではなく、森の自然生態も破滅されました。

稀の植物やまた動物もその性で、絶滅の危機にさらされました。

しかし、一番怖いのはこの状態はもう２０年ぐらい繰り返して、何故か政府や環境団体はもっと厳しい方策を採用しませんか？

For Singapore and Malaysia, our weather will be summer throughout the year. However, at the period between July and September, there is actually a season named ‘Haze Season’.

So, what is a ‘Haze’ Season’?

This season is caused by the opening burning haze from the Indonesian Forest. The smoke follows the wind and blow to Singapore and Malaysia. Because of this, the sky and air of these two countries were polluted.

This event started from the 90’s until present.

The sky is gray, smells of burning in the air, the weather is extremely humid and hot, health level decreases, and this is definitely a serious issue.

Why would the Indonesian want to burn their forest?

The main reason is because of the high profit of logging and palm oil industries.

Not only air pollution, forest natural habitat too were destroyed by this activity.

This put the rare flora and fauna species of Indonesian in the endangered position.

However, the scariest part is that after 20 years of repeating incident, why would the government or environment bodies take a serious step towards this issue?

鳥を食べる

私は鳥を食べるのはとても苦手です。

今、シンガポールで流行っている食べ物は韓式フライドチキンです。濃い甘辛いソースとフライドチキンを混ぜて、その味はどうですか。実は、私も分かりません。一度も食べた事がないから。

そして、シンガポールの有名料理―海南チキンライスも、私はあまり食べません。

骨がない鳥肉が大丈夫ですが、骨付きのは全然駄目です。

チキンライスを頼んだ後、骨がない肉とご飯しか食べません。とても浪費です。

もちろんＫＦＣのフライドチキンも無理です。チキンナゲットしか食べない、子供見たいで、

めっちゃ不器用です。

I’m really very bad at eating chicken.

At present, the ‘trendy’ food in Singapore is Korean Fried Chicken. A thick sweet and spicy sauce combine with fried chicken, for that taste, I really couldn’t answer this question. Due to the fact, that I haven’t tried it before.

And of course, even though I’m living in Singapore I seldom try their famous Hainan Chicken Rice.

I’m quite fine with the boneless chicken meat, but I totally can’t conquer the chicken with bones. After ordered a plate of chicken rice, I’ll eat the boneless meat and rice, and the rest will go to the bin. And that’s a serious waste of food.

Not to mention I can’t eat KFC properly either. I’ll always opt for their chicken nugget or popcorn chicken. In fact it’s really quite awkward; especially kids are doing better than me.
