ピアノを弾くこと

私はピアノを弾くことが大好きです。

六歳から、ピアノのレッセンが始まりました。ピアノの授業は十七歳までが終わったけど、それからもずっとピアノを弾きます。

しかし、去年から実家を離れて、シンガポールで働きます。それからはピアノを弾くチャンスが全くありません。

シンガポールで住んでいる部屋はとても小さいで、ピアノを安置するのは絶対無理です。

便利な電子ピアノを買うつもりですが、財務の問題や、ピアノの音質や、いろいろな問題があります。とても困ります。

だが、今の私は本当にピアノを弾きたいです。もう我慢できない！

I love playing piano. I started to attend piano lesson when I was six, and ended the lesson when I was 17. Even after I finished my piano education, I still continue to practice and play it.

However, since I left my hometown and started to work in Singapore, I don’t have chance to play it anymore.

As my room in Singapore is too small, therefore, I couldn’t afford to have my own piano.

Am thinking of buying a digital piano but there’re lot of issues too, such as, financial issues, piano sound’s quality and so one.

 Nonetheless, I really want to play piano. By playing, it means now!

本の価値

知恵を増えるために本を読みます。

品をラベルアップのために本も読みます。

いろいろな理由で本を読むことにします。

その契機で、たくさん本を買いました。そして、たくさん本を集まります。

大抵の人は本を一回読みきった後、も二度とこの本を読みません。

また新しい本を探して、買って、読みます。

そう行動を繰り返すと、どんどんたくさん本を部屋で積みます。

たくさん集まった本はどうすれば方が良いですか。

捨てる？それとも古本屋に売る？

本当に困ります。

シンガポールやペナンでも、あまり古本屋がありません。

そして、売ったでも本の価値も少なかった、殆ど目方で売ります。

まさか良い本は、セコンド・ハンドの価値はそんなに少ないです。

そんな事を耳に聞いたと、悲しくなります。

とても残念です。

Some read books in order to increase their knowledge.

Some read books in order to increase their class and lifestyle.

There are lots of reasons why we choose to read books.

Because of this, we started to buy lots of books, and then, collected lots of them.

In general, people will only read a book once, and after that won’t read it again.

They tend to find other new books, buy it and read it.

And so with this continuous action, they started to accumulate lots of books.

With the space issue, how are we going to deal with the accumulated books?

Throw it away? Sell in to the second-hand bookstore?

It’s really quite troublesome.

There aren’t many second-hand bookstore, whether it’s in Singapore or Penang.

Also, these second-hand books don’t have much value as they were sold by weight.

It’s really unbelievable that such a knowledgeable things (books) have such low second-hand value.

This is just sad…

イギリス風

最近二つイギリスの映画を見ました。それは「博士と彼女のセオリー」と「イミテーション・ゲーム」です。二つもとても素晴らしい映画です。そこで、イギリス風のものが気になっています。イギリス風と言えば、やっぱりトレンチコートや、チェック柄など物ですね。そのものを身に着けると紳士になれます。とても素敵です～

ファッションただのみならず、イギリス風の小物もとてもきれいです。

紅茶はイギリス人にとってなくてはならないものです。紅茶を飲みならが、ビスケットやスコーンなどのおやつも食べます。特に午後の紅茶時間はとても大事にします。その故、ティポット、ティカップ、皿、紅茶入れ箱、ビスケット、容器小物などもとてもユニークです。

シンガポールと私の故郷ペナンは昔は英国植民地なので、今までもイギリス風の古い建物があります。そして、イギリスの製品も日本より簡単に手に入れます。この中で、私は一番好きなのはマークス&スペンサーの缶詰めビスケットです。その会社の包装は素敵だし、ビスケットも美味しいし、こうしてビスケットの缶を集めて始めます。今は私は四つＭ＆Ｓのダブルデッカーバス型の缶も持ています。

イギリス風の物が好きだけど、一度もその国に行った事もありません。遠いですから、そしてそこに行くことがなりたくさんお金が必要です。今の私は多分無理ですけど、きっといつかそこに行きます。

I watched 2 brilliant British produced films recently. They were: “The Theory of Everything” and “The Imitation Game”.  Because of these films, I started to notice and fond of British fashioned goods. When we talk about the British fashioned goods, the 1^st thing will appear on mind will be the trench coat and checker design goods. These stuffs are lovely and will make you a ‘gentlemen’ when put on it.

Of course other than fashion, there happens to be lots of beautiful British fashioned knick-knacks too.

As we all know that the Britton are very fond of tea. Therefore, together with this ‘thirsty’ habit they produced large number of unique tea pots, tea cups, saucers, tea containers, biscuits containers and so on.

Due to the fact that Singapore and Penang previous were governed by the British Empire, thus, until present days there are still quite some amounts of colonial buildings. Not only this, as compared to Japan, it is much easier for us to obtain British goods. In fact, among these goods, my favourite one belongs to Marks & Spencer’s tin packing biscuits. M&S biscuits not only taste good, but the packing also are very unique and old British fashioned like. And so, I started to collect their biscuits’ tins. Up until present I already have 4 of their Double Decker’s Biscuit tins.

Although I’m quite fond of Britton, but I never get to travel to the United Kingdom before. Perhaps it’s a bit far away, and not to mention the cost of travelling. With my current situation, I think it’s not quite possible. Nonetheless, I’m sure I’ll go there someday.

シンガポールのマクドナルド

シンガポールやマレーシアのマクドナルドはとてもつまらないです。

メニューはいつも同じものです。

特別なメニューが全くありません。

日本の方が100倍良いです！いつも新しいメニューがありますので、すごく羨ましいです。

だけど、今回シンガポールのマクドナルドはかわいいものが販売しますよ～

それは：

ラインぬいぐるみです～

五つキャラクターがありますが、私はコニー、ブラウンとムーンしか欲しくありません。今はコニーとブラウンが持っています。

そして、バレンタインデーとあってコニーとブラウンのデートスペシャル版が発売します！

とてもかわいいですが、値段は普通の比べたらちょっと高いです。

買おうか、買わないか。困るよ～

However, this time Singapore’s MCD finally got something ahead of everyone~

There are total of 5 character’s plush. But I’ll only collect 3 of them, which are: Cony, Brown and Moon. So far I had obtained Cony and Brown, while Moon will only release next week.

For course, with the coming of Valentine’s Day, they will be releasing the “Cony and Brown’s Date” special edition’s plush. Although, it’s kind of cute, but it’s quite pricy as compare to the normal version.

Should I buy?
